3D fly-through of a commercial office space for a client. I built the camera animation and final render with small adjustments to lighting and materials. Final render was a total of 42 seconds long, here it is cut down to the best parts.

I've been making the transition from 3DS Max to Maya lately and I've been working to get the look/feel of lighting and rendering that I know from Max. I've been looking forward to designing a modern bedroom and now seemed like a great time to start!

A piece of furniture built as set dressing for a visualization piece.

High poly model, 22,177 polys/20,248 verts
With the exception of the sculptural detail on the legs all the textures are procedural using standard materials and can fit on pretty much any object.
